Product Manager - Scheduling Platform

In our mission to connect and simplify customers’ supply chains through global end-to-end solutions, we seek a Platform Product Manager to build future digital scheduling solutions. The Scheduling Platform digitally enables and automates our scheduling processes working closely with around 400 operations planning experts in our global operations’ teams to deliver on our key business outcomes.

Key responsibilities

The successful Product Manager will be identifying opportunities and building functionality and products that deliver impact; with a good understanding of data science technologies and how they can be applied to solve customer-, user- and business problems.

Specifically:

- Collaborate with the Senior Product Managers in the team to continuously develop the product vision and ensure the right problems are tackled.

- Align with business teams on goals for optimizing and prioritizing product strategy and roadmap.

- Define short & long-term strategies to achieve optimization goals.

- Build and maintain your team's roadmap including defining requirements for new products and features while optimizing existing functionality.

- Define and evaluate your product across relevant metrics to make impactful decision making and to report on the team’s success towards key initiatives.

- Apply data-driven experimentation and deployment techniques to ensure what we build delivers on expected outcome.

We are looking for

- Customer obsessed – a clear track record of delivering elegant solutions for true user problems.

- Demonstrated ability to use data to guide vision including the ability to query, aggregate, analyze, and create visualizations.

- Proven ability to manage and speak with stakeholders in business and technology.

- Visible drive and growth mindset.

- Crisp communication both written and oral.

- 2+ years' experience as Product Owner or Manager including working with engineering teams and clear hands-on software development.
