Business Development Manager

Track24 are currently looking for an experienced Business Development Manager/Account Executive to join our scaling Commercial Function.

AtlasNXT is the world’s first single-solution safeguarding and communications SaaS platform. Built to transform the way organisations protect, inform and engage their teams and individuals, enterprise-wide, wherever they may be.

Our flagship product, AtlasNXT, is new to the market, and already seeing success, and we are therefore looking for an experience BDM/AE to join the team in helping us expand those sales further.

As a scale up business you will have the ability to own the sales process end to end, and therefore we are looking for someone who is keen to take ownership and autonomy over their accounts, as they seek opportunity not only from the initial point of sale, but also from Land and Expand opportunities as their accounts mature.

This opportunity will enable you to join a scaling team, and give you the space to influence a growing commercial function and develop out your career further.

Requirements

• Experience working with a new SaaS offering or similar (EG: experience as on of the first sales people within a scaling tech business, or experience landing first sales on a new product)
• Experience winning Land and Expand deals
• Experience working with technology similar to ours (this is desirable but by no means mandatory)
• Hunger for sales and a passion for working in tech
• Experience selling to a range of personas, including C-Suite Level decision makers
