Human Resources Specialist
HR & Recruitment

  • Act as a first-level partner with managers to offer support in all human resources processes;
  • Provide managers with advice related to all performance management situations, including the disciplinary and termination of employment processes;
  • Advise managers on the application of the salary structure for assigned groups and ensure the proper positioning of employees;
  • Participate in market analysis to validate salary structures;
  • Participate in the workforce planning of these client groups and liaise with the Talent Acquisition team;
  • Validate organizational structures to ensure that operational needs continue to be met;
  • Monitor HR performance indicators (turnover rate, workforce planning) and analyze performance in order to propose areas for improvement;
  • Be responsible for documenting the movement (transfer, promotion, hiring, etc.) of labour;
  • Investigate and follow up on harassment and other complaint processes;
  • Coordinate the annual performance evaluation and compensation processes and follow up on the bonus program;
  • Coaching the managers of your client group.

Requirements

  • Has a bachelor's degree in human resources or any other equivalent training;
  • Has a minimum of 5 years of experience in an HR generalist position;
  • Relevant experience in an industrial and production environment;
  • Must have influential leadership and an analytical mind
  • Must be customer-oriented, problem-solving and solution-oriented;
  • Must be patient in interpersonal relationships;
  • Must be motivated, enthusiastic and energetic and participate positively in team spirit;
  • Has a strong sense of organization and planning;
  • Ability to work independently and also the ability to work in a team;
  • Must be rigorous and have the ability to work under pressure;
  • Must be able to navigate ambiguity and a changing environment;
  • Bilingualism (French/English) is required.
