Job Summary

As a MICE Sales Manager, you will play a pivotal role in both expanding our restaurant clientele and capturing MICE business opportunities for our resorts.

You will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies, building strong client relationships, and ensuring the success of our sales initiatives.

Your main responsibilities

  • Assist in developing and execute a comprehensive sales strategy to achieve restaurant & events revenue targets and business growth.
  • Identify and target corporate and individual clients for bookings, events, and special occasions.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, corporate partners, event planners, and local businesses.
  • Promote our restaurant's catering services and event hosting capabilities.
  • Create tailored proposals and presentations to showcase our offerings and services.
  • Negotiate and finalize contracts with clients, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements.
  • Plan and conduct site inspections.

General Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with the restaurant management and operations team to ensure the seamless execution of events, bookings, and event activities.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, competitor offerings, and market demands to identify new opportunities for business growth.
  • Provide regular reports on sales performance, client feedback, and market trends.

Requirements

  • Proven experience (at least 4 years) in restaurant sales, MICE sales, event management, or a related field.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Strong interpersonal and relationship-building abilities.
  • Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently.
  • Knowledge of restaurant and MICE industry trends and best practices.
  • Bachelor's degree in business, hospitality, or a related field is a plus.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Strong Command of the English Language
