Currently our Operations team is seeking a Project Manager – Printed Materials, to join the team at Carole Park!

As the Project Manager – Printed Materials you will be responsible for overseeing and managing the day-to-day operations of the Artwork team to ensure all artwork related matters at the site are progressed in a timely and effective manner, meeting quality and customer requirements.

Key duties and responsibilities include:

• Direct, facilitate and plan workload for the team based on capacity and business priority to ensure clear business objectives are achieved;
• Identify gaps and opportunities for improving the artwork management process to reduce lead times whiles maintaining compliance to local & global quality and regulatory requirements;
• Manage team members including onboarding, supervision, training, performance reviews and performance management;
• Measure and report on key performance indicators and ensure timely escalation of deficiencies identified;
• Present as the point of contact for all stakeholders on any artwork related activities;
• Ensure that all artwork matters are resolved in a timely manner;
• Provide, build and maintain consistent, reliable and accurate customer service to internal and external customers;
• Ensure that GMP standards are maintained in all aspects of duties;

Role Criteria:

• Tertiary qualification in Science, Supply Chain and/or similar;
• Previous work experience in the pharmaceutical industry is highly desirable;
• Good working knowledge of Artwork Management Systems and GMP is desirable;
• Experience supervising staff, staff development and training techniques;
• Optimism to drive continuous improvement of systems;
• Ability to establish and maintain relationships with peers, business contacts, and corporate management;
• Ability to effectively manage time and meet deadlines and targets with competing and conflicting priorities;
