Salary: £30,000 - £40,000 per annum + commission on qualified leads generated (approx. £10,000 per annum but uncapped). Food provided at the office Monday to Friday.
We are a currently seeking a Telemarketing Executive. Our client are a family-owned SME and have managed business with a rich history in the mechanical services industry, trading for over 30 year. Their expertise has evolved from heating to encompass the full spectrum of HVAC (Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning) services, with a strong focus on maintenance for the commercial sector.
As an Internal Business Development Executive, you will play a crucial role in the Sales & Marketing team, driving growth by building a pipeline of leads and generating enquiries and appointments for the sales team. This dynamic and rewarding position involves working closely with Key Account Managers to develop and nurture customer accounts.

Key Responsibilities
- Research new customer opportunities and markets
- Proactively contact prospective customers via phone, email, and social media
- Book appointments and surveys for our sales team at new customer premises
- Follow up on potential sales opportunities promptly and consistently
Requirements
- High standards of customer service
- Professional and confident written and verbal communication skills
- Hunger and tenacity to reach new prospects within our target market
- Previous experience in commercial facilities management markets
- Ability to proactively plan and meet KPIs
- Strong IT skills, including CRM system management
- Ability to focus and be office-based full-time
