**Job Description Qualifications:

The Boeing Company is looking for a Finance Systems & Analytics (FS&A) First-Line Manager, Close to Report (C2R) based out of Hazelwood, Missouri. Other potential work locations include Chicago, Illinois and Renton, Washington

In the dynamic world of the FS&A C2R team, we are responsible for managing over 40 Accounting, Travel, Tax, and Treasury systems, including: Enterprise Accounting System (EAS), Enterprise Labor Distribution (ELD), Charge Line Authorization and Setup (CLAS), Blackline, Intercompany Accounting Transfer (ICAT), SAP C2R Prod, etc.).

Our role extends beyond finance, as we collaborate with other domains to ensure proper integration between both source and downstream systems such as: Cost, Schedule, Planning, and Reporting (CSPR), Workday, Payroll, and Common Contracting System (CCS), etc.

Together, we'll make a real impact in our ever-evolving landscape, actively contributing to a variety of finance and non-finance projects such as SAP Implementations, Acquisitions, Workday/Payroll/TimeKeeping system changes, and Accounting Changes.

Position Responsibilities:

  • Manages employees engaged in the development and improvement of business information systems and analytic solutions
  • Develops and executes project and process plans, implements policies and procedures and sets operational goals
  • Acquires resources for projects and processes, provides technical management of suppliers and leads process improvements
  • Develops and maintains relationships and partnerships with customers, stakeholders, peers, partners and direct reports
  • Provides oversight and approval of technical approaches, products and processes.
  • Manages, develops and motivates employees

This position is hybrid. This means that the selected candidate will be required to perform some work onsite at one of the listed location options. This is at the hiring team’s discretion and could potentially change in the future.

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):

  • Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, business or a related field
  • 5+ years experience with finance and accounting systems and processes
  • 5+ years experience working with Financial Data (i.e accounting, financial planning, cost management, legal and/or contracts)

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):

  • Experience developing people
  • Ability to manage conflicting priorities
  • Excellent project management skills

Summary pay range: $ 114,750 – $155,250
