Finance Manager

As a key member of the O&T (Operations & Technology) Finance team, the Finance Manager will own the budgeting/LRP (long range plan), forecasting, capital, and space allocation processes for the Rockefeller Center Operations Facilities team in NY and NJ.

This role provides the unique opportunity to gain a solid understanding of NBCU operations through daily exposure/interaction with O&T operational teams as well as the greater NBCU finance organization. The role’s responsibilities include:

Position overview

• Own monthly and quarterly close processes through accurate pacing updates, variance analysis, journal entries, capital labor accruals, allocations, and other necessary closing activities
• Create/update/maintain operating models for budgeting & tracking of capital expenses
• Responsible for owning the Capital planning processes for all estimates, budgets, and long-range plans (LRP) for Facilities operations
• Work with operators on KPIs and other ad hoc modeling
• Support Facilities operations team on invoicing, vendor relations, and reporting
