Brief Description:

Daily Interface Reconciliation and basic Cash Application

Essential Key Responsibilities

• Perform Daily bank reconciliations of AR Trade Payments
• Perform Daily Billing System Interface Reconciliations for (BOLT, Apttus and Revenue Cloud) to Customer Accounts in Workday.
• Document and Follow up on Open Reconciliation Items.
• Back up for Cash Application and project work as needed including other cash receipts process support--includes researching rejected cash issues, processing intercompany transfers, creating daily cash spreadsheets or other management reports

Education/Experience and Competencies

• College degree in Accounting or Finance preferred
• Cash application experience a plus Good communications (oral and written), interpersonal skills and well organized, Ability to work in Team environment
• Must be fluent in Windows based software applications including the Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Requires knowledge of Pivot Tables, V-Lookup and Conditional Formatting. Workday experience a plus Proven ability to meet individual and team objectives Detail oriented Strong Analytical skills and problem solving skills required
