The second objective of the internship is to validate a gFormulate flowsheet that allows the prediction of product quality of tablets manufactured via Continuous Direct Compression via Mini-Batch Blending: 1) familiarize with existing gFP flowsheet, 2) validate all units with respect to product quality (experimental data already available) and 3) set up a documented procedure and guideline on how the flowsheet can be used practically for associate training, what-if scenarios and in-silico DoEs.
