Head of Operations - Clinical Supply

Are you an experienced clinical operations professional looking to take the next step in your career? We're seeking a dynamic Head of Clinical Operations to join our team near Berlin.

About the Role: As Head of Clinical Operations, you'll be responsible for managing and coordinating all logistics, warehousing, clinical supply packaging, and labelling activities. You'll ensure compliance with GMP, SOPs, client requirements, and applicable regulations while leading a motivated and versatile operations team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee clinical supply logistics, packaging, and labelling operations
• Ensure GMP compliance and manage regulatory responsibilities
• Drive process improvements and operational efficiencies
• Develop and mentor the operations team
• Collaborate with Project Management on packaging timelines
• Manage department KPIs and continuous improvement initiatives

Requirements

Requirements:

• Business or science degree
• Several years of experience in a similar leadership role
• Strong knowledge of GMP, GDP, and AMG regulations
• Experience with ERP systems (ideally JDE/Oracle)
• Business fluency in English and German
• Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills
• Ability to adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment
