Group Strategy Manager, Husqvarna Group

The Group have a clear growth ambition by accelerating the strategy through four strategic priorities: Customer Experience, Robotics and Battery, Data and Services, and continue to build A winning Core. Now the group is searching for a Group Strategy Manager, to support the Group strategy development and acceleration of the overall strategy.

As the Strategy Manager, you will be integral to the Group Strategy team, and report directly to VP Group Strategy. The location for the position is at the HQ in Stockholm, Sweden and includes occasional traveling. In this role you will be working closely with Group Management, the three business divisions and various Group functions.

Key responsibilities

• Support Group strategy development and work with strategic cycle to ensure the trajectory is relevant.
• Deliver complex analyses and market intelligence to drive business insights and support decision-making.
• Develop strategic topics with the purpose to accelerate the achievement and alignment of the company’s overall strategy and goals.
• Collaborate with business divisions, providing strategic insights and execution support across the Group to ensure a cross-functional and integrated approach.
• Support development of strategy updates and presentations to Group Management and Board of Directors.

Candidate profile

To succeed in this role, you have a strong cognitive ability to quickly put things in perspective and a great understanding for complex business logic and value drivers. You are an effective communicator both in speech and writing and excel at managing various stakeholders, building trust, and influencing across geographies, functions, and executive levels. You have a strong business interest and are not only able to develop analyses on management topics but also to drive change.

As a person, you are down-to-earth and pragmatic, with a genuine passion for people, customer focus, business development and change. You thrive in a collaborative environment and are proactive in identifying value-creating topics for the Group.

Qualifications

• Experience from top tier management consulting or strategy/business development line role.
• Strong academic credentials, ideally including an MSc in Business/Finance/Engineering.
• Excellent analytical & strategic skills and well-developed project management & leadership skills.
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
