Operations Associate - Platform Quality

As an Operations Associate in the Platform Quality team, you will be instrumental in maintaining and enhancing the order quality and ensuring high partner satisfaction. Your role will involve conducting quality investigation, optimizing restaurant partner performance through data analysis and stakeholder management. This position requires a detail-oriented, tech-savvy individual with excellent interpersonal skills who thrives in a dynamic, high-growth environment.

What you will be doing

• Conduct frequent quality and satisfaction checks to ensure our restaurant partners meet the highest service standards.
• Use data to proactively identify performance trends and provide insights and recommendations for improvement.
• Handle day-to-day escalated issues raised from other departments
• Receive and engage in requests from our restaurant teams in the region to enhance our restaurant partners’ performance
• Collaborate with the regional operations team and the local restaurant teams on various projects and initiatives to enhance platform quality.
• Suggest and help implement improvements in operational processes to enhance quality and partner satisfaction.

Requirements

• You have excellent interpersonal skills - you will be working with awesome people from diverse backgrounds across countries in the northern region of Europe (Finland, Sweden, Norway, Denmark, Iceland, Luxembourg and the Baltics)
• You are fluent in English. Other languages are a plus!
• You are highly detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple tasks effectively.
• You preferably have experience in customer service or similar and are keen to solve problems (Experience in the restaurant industry or delivery operations is a plus)
• You are tech savvy and a quick learner
• You have a can-do attitude and are ready to roll up your sleeves and get to work
• You are based in Sweden, Norway, Denmark, Finland, Iceland, Luxembourg, Estonia, Latvia or Lithuania - you will be working at our local office with the possibility for some home/remote work
• Bonus skills: you are strong at working with data in Google and/or other data application systems.
