As a Regional Partner Manager, youโ€™ll play a pivotal role in developing and managing Key Accounts and Regional Partners mainly in the Nordics and the Middle East.
You will collaborate closely with cross functional teams to deliver exceptional solutions, ensure client satisfaction, and contribute to the Companyโ€™s revenue and market expansion strategies. Your ability to build relationships, understand client needs and maintain long-term partnerships will be essential to your success in this role. This role will play a key part to continue the growth and expansion within our regional partner network.

Responsibilities

  • New expansions with partners: Working closely with existing and new partners, developing relationship and pipeline.
  • Partner Account Management: Develop and execute strategic account plans to drive business growth, client retention, and customer satisfaction.
  • Client Engagement: Establish strong rapport with key stakeholders within client organizations to understand their business objectives, challenges, and identify growth opportunities to expand our business.
  • Solution Presentation: Articulate our products and services effectively, presenting tailored solutions that align with clients' needs and drive value.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Collaborate closely with internal teams, such as sales, marketing, product, and technical support, to ensure seamless delivery of solutions and resolve any client issues.
  • Upselling and Cross-Selling: Identify opportunities for growth, upselling and cross-selling additional products and services to maximize account revenue and expand business relationships.
  • Contract Negotiation: Lead negotiations for contract renewals, expansions, and pricing adjustments while ensuring alignment with company objectives and policies.
  • Market Insight: Stay informed about industry trends, competitors, and market developments to provide insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
  • Customer Advocacy: Act as a customer advocate within the organization, conveying client feedback and requirements to drive product enhancements and improvements. Escalate critical client concerns internally and mobilize resources to resolve issues.

Requirements

  • Experience: 5-8 years of proven experience in Enterprise partnership sales, account management, or business development, preferably within the CX/MR Industry or SaaS space. Proven record working with Partners/Indirect sales is preferable
  • Industry Knowledge: A strong understanding of Customer experience trends, challenges, and solutions
  • Client-Centric Approach: Exceptional customer relationship and communication skills, with the ability to establish credibility and trust with senior executives. Experience from working with partnership models / partnership development is preferable
  • Strategic Thinker: Demonstrated ability to develop and execute strategic account plans that align with business objectives
  • Negotiation Skills: Proven track record of successful complex SaaS contract negotiations including good understanding of laws and regulations such as GDPR. And a strong understanding of pricing strategies
  • Team Player: Collaborative mindset with the ability to work effectively across cross-functional teams
  • Results-Driven: A self-motivated individual who consistently meets or exceeds sales targets and performance metrics
  • Adaptability: Comfortable working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, adjusting strategies to evolving market conditions
  • Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with CRM or Salesforce, Microsoft Office Suite, and other relevant tools
  • Market Insights: Provide strategic advice and market insights specific to the Nordics and Middle East regions. Understand and utilize the different solutions Forsta can offer to develop and implement growth plans for new and existing clients

Other:

Travel: Up to 50% work travel, predominantly within the Nordics, UK and Middle East regions.
