About the role

As our Global Digital Sales Manager you will meet a stimulating mixture of client management and negotiation, performance analysis and stakeholder engagement. You will make business decisions principally to support the needs of our routes and will enjoy a variety of tasks and different market conditions to work with. It is very much a global role where you adapt to local needs.

What kind of exciting challenges can you expect to meet in this role?

  • Strategic Key Account Management for our biggest Digital Partners
  • Develop and grow DFDS digital sales through 3rd parties like OTA´s, aggregators and other digital platforms in all markets throughout Europe
  • Build and maintain strong and long-lasting partner relationships that commercially will benefit and strengthen the business.
  • Work closely with key stakeholders within DFDS to ensure we deliver on commercial targets.
  • Analysis and reporting – Track the performance and effectiveness of partnerships. Provide analytical insight into the performance of the partner portfolio and its potential growth and strategic development
  • Develop and implement mutually beneficial marketing activities with digital partners to drive growth and revenue.
  • Source new partnership leads and build a strong pipeline of strategic relationships.

The position is a parental cover and we are aiming to onboard and welcome you in as soon as possible. If there is a strong mutual fit, we can explore the possibility of continuing the collaboration with you, although this cannot be guaranteed at present.

About you

  • Core digital mindset and skills supported by a deep digital commercial understanding.
  • Experience from Commercial contract negotiations
  • Technical understanding of API’s, and how integration with API’s work
  • Experience with OTA´s, referrals or affiliate partners
  • Familiar with expressions like CPA, CPC, and CVR
  • Bachelor degree or similar
  • Professional in English speaking and writing
