We are looking for a dynamic, passionate, and structured Workplace Culture & Employer Branding Associate to lead in developing and implementing a strategy that grows a positive workplace culture and a compelling employer brand. This role will ensure that QUALCO’s values and culture are reflected in all aspects of the employee lifecycle and external brand presence. The role is responsible for encompassing content and channels, campaigns, and internal & external positioning to differentiate and amplify QUALCO’s brand among potential hires in alignment with our company’s values, targets, and principles.
