Insights Analyst

Join our dynamic Data team as an Insights Analyst, where you'll be pivotal in analyzing and interpreting complex data for our customer-facing e-Commerce sites, retail/pharmacy partnerships, and medical consulting platform. Your actionable insights and recommendations will drive strategic decisions, helping our business achieve its goals and succeed.

Day to day:

• Analyse complex datasets related to e-Commerce sites, market trends, telehealth platforms and regulatory frameworks.
• Conducting analysis to identify opportunities for optimisation and enhancement in business processes
• Working closely with growth and technology teams to provide recommendations and actionable insights to achieve business objectives.
• Use statistical and analytical techniques to interpret data and present findings to stakeholders.
• Present data-driven insights and recommendations to senior management and cross-functional teams.
• Provide decision support through data-driven insights, forecasting, and scenario analysis.
• Develop and maintain comprehensive reports and dashboards in Looker to monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and standardise operational dashboards.

Requirements

• Experience in a similar role as a BI analyst and/or Insights analyst
• Ability to create reports and visualisations that communicate insights to stakeholders in a clear and concise way.
• Experience in conducting analysis to optimise processes and identifying opportunities for growth in a direct to consumer role.
• Exposure to retail or pharmacy partnerships or medical consulting platforms will be highly regarded.
• Proficiency in data modeling, statistical analysis and data visualisation tools (e.g., SQL, Python, Looker, dbt).
• Strong analytic / quantitative research skills and experience in different research methodologies.
