We are looking for a IT Support Services Analyst to join our IT Support services in Noida. This is an amazing opportunity to work on desktop related applications. We have a great skill set in and we would love to speak with you if you have skills in desktop support.

- Knowledge, skills, or abilities (At least 3-5 year of experience in the desktop support)

- Education (Bachelor's degree in computer science, mechanical engineering, or related degree or at least 3-5 years of equivalent relevant experience)

Responsible for system installation, configuration, troubleshooting, and management of various Windows (Windows 10,11) and/or Apple applications and systems. Arranging the IT equipment for new joiners, Reverse pick up of IT equipment for Leavers’, Inventory management, and is responsible for imaging, deploying, and maintaining respective desktop environments.
