Candidate will be responsible for managing motor claims end to end, providing regular updates to all related parties either written or through incoming phone calls, ensure that claims are verified before paying out and ensure that there is no financial leakage and that the claims are handled as per the process laid down and also in compliance with the relevant Compliance and Statutory rules. Candidate is expected to ensure that all correspondence, written or verbal, is to the highest professional standard. Candidate should take all steps necessary to progress the claim further keeping in mind the end customer and ensure that the outcomes of claim processing is to the standards of WNS and that of WNS Clients.
