Senior Instructional Designer

We are seeking a Senior Instructional Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate will design and develop engaging learning solutions that align with our IT project objectives and meet learners' needs.

Responsibilities:

1. Performance & Instructional Analysis:

• Understand content goals, objectives, timelines, and challenges. Lead development processes to ensure timely and budget-compliant project delivery.
• Participate in and organize performance and instructional analysis using various tools and methodologies.
• Assess learner needs and project goals to inform the design and development of effective learning materials.

2. Design & Development:

• Based on the Training Manager Proposal and overall strategy, create effective and interactive learning solutions, CBT modules (software simulation), storyboards, and interactive learning courses.
• Generate the layout of the learning supports and documentation. Integrate and deploy the material.
• Design and organize the content to ensure it matches the learner’s needs and project goals.
