Key Responsibilities:

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; an MBA or professional accounting designation (e.g., CPA, CMA, CGA) is highly desirable.
• 10+ years of progressive experience in financial leadership roles, with a focus on the regtech sector or related industries such as fintech or SaaS.
• Demonstrated expertise in financial management, accounting practices, and regulatory compliance, ideally gained within high-growth tech companies.
• Strong proficiency in financial analysis, forecasting, and strategic planning, coupled with excellent communication and leadership skills.
