This role is multi-faceted, resulting in a wide range of duties on any given day. The basics are to keep the office running smoothly, whether managing the office supplies, customer inquiries, managing outside vendors such as cleaning services etc. This role also serves to leverage the bandwidth of the owner and sales manager. Duties will include correspondence and scheduling meetings and travel on their behalf, market research, note taking in meetings, etc.
Requirements
A bachelor’s degree with two years or Associate degree with four years work experience in an office environment or sales organization.
- High proficiency with MS Office
- High degree of proven written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize
- A penchant for keeping things organized and tidy
- Occasional availability beyond a M-F 8-5 work schedule
Helpful qualities will include someone that has some sort of ag background or experience that that has ties to the Flint Hills of Kansas. You should love a great steak, and want to sink your teeth into a role that will involve a ton of hard work in a fast paced environment, with the opportunity to grow and develop as our company grows.
