ROLE SUMMARY

We are a leading multinational corporation operating globally, with a strong presence in the Asia Pacific region (APAC). As part of our commitment to attracting and retaining top talent, we are seeking a highly experienced International Benefits professional to oversee our APAC market and support local leadership in design, compliance, and delivery of employee benefits. This is a strategic role that will contribute to our overall employee well-being and satisfaction, and ensure compliance with Pfizer’s Global initiatives. Responsibilities:

Benefits Program Management for APAC for home country - Day to day benefit management and strategy to include but not limited to:

1. Develop and Execute Benefits Strategy: Develop and implement a comprehensive benefits strategy for Home Country and support local strategy for the APAC region and, ensuring alignment with the company's global benefits framework. This includes health and wellness programs, retirement plans, insurance coverage, and other employee benefits initiatives.
