Are you ready to discover the role of an HR Reporting & Analytics Professional in Netcompany-Intrasoft?
As an HR Reporting & Analytics Professional, you will join our Athens Branch reporting to the Total Rewards & People Analytics Lead. You will be part of a highly performing and experienced team contributing to the implementation of our Total Rewards & People Analytics Strategy across Netcompany-Intrasoft.
Your role will be to transform raw data into actionable insights that drive strategic decision-making, supporting stakeholders at all levels including HR and management groups.
More specifically, as an HR Reporting & Analytics Professional, you will:
- Collect and compile HR metrics and data from a variety of sources, including the Human Resource Information System (HRIS) and payroll outputs, employee surveys, exit interviews, employee records and other sources, reassuring that data is reported in a transparent, accurate, and usable way
- Create dynamic and interactive dashboards and uncover insights that drive data-based solutions in various HR domains, including recruitment, performance, turnover rate, workforce planning, learning and development, employee engagement, and DE&I, among others
- Coordinate the Corporate Sustainability Reporting Directive (CSRD) for HR-related matters, ensuring accurate and timely updates of all relevant reports
- Be the point of contact and subject matter expert for ad hoc people data and analytics requests/reports for all company
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to identify and analyze key HR metrics and indicators, ensuring that data collection and reporting are aligned with strategic business goals
- Structure and coordinate the company annual and mid-year human capital planning
- Prepare, report, and monitor the HR Budget on a monthly basis, providing detailed analysis and insights to support strategic decision-making
- Be a key partner in the conduction of the Employee Engagement/eNPS surveys
- Support the transition to more system-oriented reporting/analytics processes and tools
Requirements
What would make you a fit for the role:
- University Degree in HR, Business Administration, Statistics, Finance or related field
- Proven experience of 2-3 years in HR reporting
- Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, mostly Excel and PowerPoint, and the ability to create charts, spreadsheets and presentations
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent command of the English language (oral, written)
- Knowledge of Power BI, Tableau, or other relevant data analysis & visualisation tools
- Experience with HRIS
