LMW is seeking a dynamic Senior HR Recruiter (Pharma) on behalf of a leading pharmaceutical company. The position is located in Polydendri, Attica, Greece.

Responsibilities

  • Identify recruitment needs and job specifications within the pharmaceutical industry
  • Source potential candidates through online platforms
  • Screen resumes and applications for suitability
  • Conduct interviews and assess candidate qualifications
  • Negotiate salaries and benefits
  • Onboard new employees
  • Build and maintain relationships with hiring managers
  • Keep up-to-date with industry trends and developments
  • Maintain records of all recruitment activities
  • Provide regular updates to hiring managers on recruitment progress

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources or related field
  • 3+ years of previous experience in recruitment, preferably within the pharmaceutical industry
  • Strong understanding of the pharmaceutical industry
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Ability to manage multiple job requisitions at once
  • Proficiency in recruitment software and platforms
  • Strong decision-making skills
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships
  • Excellent organizational skills
  • Attention to detail
