Job Description

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Act as a key HR contact for colleagues and managers in China.
  • Implement a robust HR service to support the day-to-day operation of the business
  • Ensure compliance with labour laws and company regulations.
  • Plan, source, hire, onboard and train the right people and capabilities to enable the business’ development
  • Prepare all regulatory documents related to people management: contracts, amendments, etc
  • Maintain up-to-date administrative records for each colleague.
  • Manage payroll and all associated mandatory declarations.
  • Maintain relationships with social organizations: insurance, occupational health, pension, etc.
  • Manage and monitor all time/attendance management processes.
  • Handle HR incidents and disciplinary measures.
  • Monitor HR and payroll-related indicators.
  • Ensure the business adopts agreed UTAC ways of working, participating in and supporting the delivery of group policies and initiatives
  • Manages employee relations issues and coaches and guides line managers to manage.
  • Support the UTAC culture and values (Integrity, Expertise, and Innovation).
  • Perform other duties as assigned
