The Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Business Development Team Analytics and Operational Contractor to provide analytical support to the Business Development team. The ideal candidate will have a strong analytical background, exceptional operational skills, and the ability to drive strategic initiatives that support our business development efforts.

Where you’ll work:

This role may require in-office collaboration. This position is located in West Hollywood, CA.

Please note that this position is for an 7-8 month contract duration.

In this role, you will:

• Data Analysis and Reporting:
• Analyze data for the Business Development (BD) team, focusing on the OEM UA spend performance analysis; Drive efficiency and effectiveness of Tinder’s OEM UA spend.
• Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and data visualizations to track key performance indicators (KPIs) and support data-driven decision-making. Document product or seasonal variables contributing to peak performance, with the goal to optimize (where applicable) and avoid partnerships that do not align with business goals.
• Apart from OEM analysis, conduct an in-depth analysis of business development activities to identify areas for opportunities for growth and optimization.
• Operational Support:
• Streamline and optimize business development processes and workflows to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
• Lead and drive the internal BD monthly presentations by leveraging data and analytics from various BD channels.
• Implement and maintain CRM systems and other tools to support the Business Development team’s operations.
• Strategic Planning:
• Analyze market trends, competitive landscape, and business performance metrics to provide actionable insights.
• Conduct in-depth analysis of business development activities to identify opportunities for growth and optimization.
• Collaborate with the Business Development team to develop and execute strategic initiatives that drive business growth.

You’ll need:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Data Science, or a related field
• Proven experience in business development analytics, operations, or a similar role.
• Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data analysis tools and software (e.g., Excel, SQL, Tableau, Power BI, Mode Analytics).
• Experience with CRM systems (e.g, Salesforce) and other business development tools would be a plus.
• Excellent project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Detail-oriented, with a strong focus on accuracy and quality.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

$40 - $55 an hour

Factors such as scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate's work experience, education/training, job-related skills, internal peer equity, as well as market and business considerations may influence base pay offered. This salary range is reflective of a position based in West Hollywood, CA. This salary will be subject to a geographic adjustment (according to a specific city and state), if an authorization is granted to work outside of the location listed in this posting.
