Marketing Administrative Assistant

We are looking for a Marketing Administrative Assistant professional for an established sales team - NNN Fitness in the Reno office of Marcus & Millichap, a leading investment sales team specializing in the acquisition and disposition of Health Clubs and Retail Properties nationwide. We are seeking a multitasker who excels at managing multiple projects simultaneously while staying organized and focused. You have strong knowledge and experience in Marketing and Graphic Design. You are tech-savvy, hardworking, and have a knack for customer service. Real estate industry experience is a plus.

Potential candidates should have a professional demeanor, strong written, and verbal skills as well as good phone manner. Attention to detail and ability to multi-task is essential. Candidate should be comfortable working in a busy, corporate sales environment.

The position is Full-Time at our Reno office, with no hybrid or remote options.

Marketing / Graphic Design Support

• Design and produce marketing brochures, flyers, and one-pagers to promote our listings.
• Create and manage marketing email campaigns for each listing and closing, including social media graphics.
• Develop marketing collateral by writing copy, designing custom graphics, and creating retail maps, digital drawings, tables, charts, and graphs.
• Collaborate with marketing teams and management to discuss which mockups of the marketing collateral are effective and use feedback to develop final drafts.

Administrative Support

• Prepare listings by editing contracts, hiring photographers, sourcing assets and local information, and analyzing leases for property and lease details.
• Complete weekly ad hoc projects with high attention to detail and meeting deadlines.
• Support and maintain an organized filing system of data and documents.
• Provide, file, or fill out documents, including confidential ones upon request.

Experience

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in Graphic Design
• Proficiency in Adobe InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop with at least 1 year of hands-on experience
• Prior experience in the real estate industry (Preferred)
• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Graphic Design, or a related field (Preferred)

$20 - $25 an hour
