The Coordinated HR Manager will support Human Resources and People Operations for the coordinated campaign staff. This role will help manage and support joint processes for the national coordinated campaign including working across various HR functions to support onboarding, compliance, employee relations, etc.
Responsibilities
- Support the Coordinated HR Director in managing the relationship between Coordinated employees and the campaign
- Assist with HR investigations and working with relevant stakeholders to address employee concerns, inquiries, and conflicts, fostering a positive work environment
- Promote open communication and proactively identify and address employee relations issues
- Manage an ongoing caseload and partnering with the Legal team and Battleground States teams on those cases, as need
- Work with the Coordinated HR Director, Legal team, and Battleground States team, and in-state staff to ensure HR policies and practices are in compliance
- Assist in developing and implementing HR policies and procedures
- Conduct routine HR audits to ensure compliance with internal and external requirements
