  1. Responsible for Overview Safety, Cost, Quality, Delivery performance in shop floor to achieve targets of Nissan business.

  2. Leading the improvement for achievement KPI's Productivity, OEE (Overall Equipment Effectiveness), FPY (First Pass Yield) and driven Quality management to achieve target of 0-mileage complaint, IDC (Internal Defect Costs), Capacity, RPP (Rationalization of Products and manufacturing Processes) activities and fulfill ergonomic regulations.

  3. Responsible for BPS activities e.g., System CIP (Continuous Improvement Process), 4 cycle per year focus topic improvement align business plan and fulfill myMeasures. Maintain the VSM and support to achieve the BPS-M2 (Bosch Production System) assessment level 2+.

  4. Responsible for production documents like FMEAs (Failure Mode Effects Analysis), Control Plans, Process Flows, failure catalog, PQIs (operator instructions) and ATs (technician instructions) to ensure all processes on production lines are completed properly and train / coach the production team.

  5. Managing new Equipment / Production Lines including design, ordering and integration of equipment, document it by MapBook / ECR and proof it by capability studies / buyoff process

  6. Responsible for production quality through completion of corrective actions PFMEAs, audit findings. Act as an 8D team leader to determine the root cause of customer complaints and complete associated corrective actions, and LL. Responsible to arrange sorting of material (incoming and Finished goods) and complete Plant to Plant claim for incoming defects as necessary.

Requirements

Qualification

  1. Bachelor’s degree in industrial engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or Electrical Engineering.
  2. Able to communicate with IPN (International Production Network) team and work with/ teach all levels of the organization.

Preferred:

  • Detect deviation in processes as well as the introduction of necessary preventive and corrective actions during daily business.
  • BPS and/or QMM mindset/knowledge
  • Electrical Testing Experience
  • Previous experience with UTS
  • Knowledge of Nexeed MES
  • Troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
  • Good written and oral communication skills
