Aim of the position
- Play an active role in sales support to the wider sales team - predominantly France but also ITY/DE
- Account management tasks - check in calls with clients to ensure levels of satisfaction
- Book client meetings
- Proposal creation
- Create sales decks
- Create DAR billing files (excel)
- Find new opportunities in the local market or on specific regional targets using LinkedIn and other tools
- Liaise with Finance
- Chase unpaid Invoices
Responsibilities
- Collaborate and exchange with other team members where necessary to improve sales process and materials
- Book Renewal Meetings
- Prep renewal proposals
- SF admin/checking/SAP creation
- Vendor Setup process
Skills
- 1-2 years working in a sales/admin support role
- Knowledge of CRM systems ie Salesforce/Salesloft or equivalent
- Spreadsheet Acumen
- Business level French and English
- Good math skills
- Basic Knowledge of the advertising and media market landscape (preferable not essential)
- Excellent organization skills and ability to prioritize tasks
- Personable
- Curious
- Attention to detail
