Sales Administrator

Aim of the position

• Play an active role in sales support to the wider sales team - predominantly France but also ITY/DE
• Account management tasks - check in calls with clients to ensure levels of satisfaction
• Book client meetings
• Proposal creation
• Create sales decks
• Create DAR billing files (excel)
• Find new opportunities in the local market or on specific regional targets using LinkedIn and other tools
• Liaise with Finance
• Chase unpaid Invoices

Responsibilities

• Collaborate and exchange with other team members where necessary to improve sales process and materials
• Book Renewal Meetings
• Prep renewal proposals
• SF admin/checking/SAP creation
• Vendor Setup process

Skills

• 1-2 years working in a sales/admin support role
• Knowledge of CRM systems ie Salesforce/Salesloft or equivalent
• Spreadsheet Acumen
• Business level French and English
• Good math skills
• Basic Knowledge of the advertising and media market landscape (preferable not essential)
• Excellent organization skills and ability to prioritize tasks
• Personable
• Curious
• Attention to detail
