Reporting to the Sales Manager, you will be a key member of our Commercial function for SEEK’s newly launched Recruiter Network business.
The role focuses on both sides of the marketplace (i.e. Hirers and Recruiters) and will be accountable for ensuring a seamless experience that facilitates successful job placements and excellent outcomes for all customers. It will build and manage relationships with our customers while driving strong product adoption and SLA performance across the platform. It is suited to a Customer Success Manager who loves to be deeply embedded in the business, thrives in a fast-paced environment, embraces continuous learning, and enjoys creating and optimising processes to drive business growth.
