In your day-to-day, you will identify and work through issues to increase effectiveness and reduce program risk. This is a role of influence with high visibility across departments. You will build relationships and foster partnerships across the organization, developing in the role by expanding the scope and scale of projects you take on.
Essential Job Functions:
- Primary contact and strategic partner for program leadership
- Executes business enablement initiatives by collecting and analyzing operational and program specific feedback as well as overall employee sentiment.
