The Role:
The QA Engineer will be integral in enhancing our platform infrastructure by improving technical capabilities and optimizing customer and software engineer experiences. This role offers the opportunity to impact the future direction of our platform and applications under the guidance and mentorship of a Senior QA Engineer.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with development teams to understand and refine business requirements ensuring software solutions align with business goals.
- Design, develop, and execute test cases, scripts, and procedures, both manually and using automated tools, under the guidance of a Senior QA Engineer.
- Identify, record, document thoroughly, and track bugs through systems like Jira.
- Participate in the creation and enhancement of QA procedures to improve integration testing across product life cycles.
- Assist in the mentoring and training of junior team members in QA methodologies.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of QA tools and processes.
