Junior Financial Analyst

Position Overview

The Junior Financial Analyst will support the Director of Finance and the operational teams in their development and management of critical financial models and executive-level presentations. This role is responsible for being an integral resource for the operational teams. This role will help management forecast, budget, and interpret the business results and understand the ‘why’ behind the numbers.

Key Result Areas (KRAs)

Develop data models and hypotheses, monitor observed results, and present/ discuss results with the team:

• Support the continuous development and implementation of strategic and financial planning/analysis projects, best practices, and process improvements
• Coordinate with the Director of Finance to develop and report on specific performance metrics
• Recommend process improvements to achieve enhanced financial performance
