Business Development Manager

Keyrus is searching for an ambitious Business Development Manager to join our team in Asia.

1. Who You Are:

• 5 years of experience in EPM, software implementation, technical sales, or a related field.
• Background in financial/ multi-dimensional modeling, analytics, or business intelligence.
• Prior Enterprise Performance Management experience.
• Experience in working with senior management to align sales strategies and solutions
• Experience in engaging with and presenting to business or IT managers and executives.
• Proven track record of successfully pitching for new business.
• Proven track record of increasing revenue through the generation of leads.
• Deep understanding of the local market in the Philippines.
• Aptitude for quickly ramping up new technology.
• Able to work autonomously, make decisions, and take responsibility.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Willingness to travel and collaborate in a multi-cultural environment.

2. What You Will Do:

• Building and nurturing long-term relationships with local partners, clients, and stakeholders.
• Identifying and pursuing new sales opportunities to achieve business growth.
• Identifying profitable market segments and developing strategies to target them effectively.
• Collaborate with local partners to develop and implement business strategies that align with company goals.
• Interacting with targeted, large enterprise prospects to pinpoint business processes and issues, articulating software solutions to solve them.
• Taking charge of RFP/RFI responses and crafting solution overviews that align customers' business objectives with our solutions.
• Conducting process assessments with customers, building Proof of Concepts that are tailored to solve prospects’ challenges.
• Contributing to the creation of new use cases or utilizing existing templates to demonstrate our solution’s effectiveness and value proposition.
• Demonstrating proactive collaboration and feedback to product management teams to capture new customer requirements and enhancements.
• Working with Business Development Representatives, Client Services, and other departments... to achieve team and company goals.
