A commercial role which in partnership with Sales, identifies opportunities for growth and collaborates with client services to resolve complex client issues ensuring customer loyalty. Technical Account Managers (TAM) informs clients on the full suite and functionality of Regulatory Reporting products, enhancing customer experience and satisfaction. Additionally, TAMs work with product development teams to ensure successful product development.

Key Responsibilities of the role:

  • This role sits in the LSEG Regulatory Reporting Operations team, within LSEG Markets Division.
  • Specifically, this role requires successfully managing the technical aspect of Regulatory Reporting strategic client accounts.
  • Maintaining regular engagement with clients (e.g. quarterly meetings) as well as managing ad-hoc engagement requirements and resolving any escalation items as the need arises.
  • Coverage scope includes all Regulatory Reporting Solutions - requiring cultivation of wide network of relationships to effectively retain and identify commercial leads/opportunities.
