Job Summary

To maintain and operate the Charging and Billing System, including be a system integration, Billing testing, and configuration.

Job Description

Role & Responsibilities:

• Configure prepaid and promotional features to align with marketing requirements.
• Test the correctness of postpaid configurations before sending them to customers.
• Verify and generate billing information, including discounts, promotions, and customer profiles.
• Cross-check bill samples and summarize e-billing and printing.
• Perform the first level of fixing billing errors by identifying the root cause of the error.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Applied Math or a related field.
• Welcome fresh graduate GPA more than 2.75
• 0-1 year of experience in the testing programming field.
• Proficiency in programming skills such as Unix, SQL, Script, etc.
