About The Role

We are seeking a Head of Alliances to Lead the development and execution of a global partner strategy and GTM plan focusing on the Data Platforms ecosystems, and driving customer adoption. In additional to:

  • Define the goals and metrics, aligned with the overall company strategy.
  • Priority partners include: Databricks and Snowflake, as well as Cloud hyperscalers, and Global/regional SIs.
  • Lead partner field engagement, including co-sell, marketplaces, joint marketing, etc.
  • Interlock plans with direct sales, marketing, product mgmt. and operations.
  • Serve as Prophecy’s ecosystem evangelist and figurehead. Build relationships and trust with partner executives as well as the field.
  • Initially manage a team of 1, responsible for growing the team as the company scales.
  • Run regular business performance reviews, making adjustments as necessary.

You Have

  • 10+ years of experience operating on a senior level and successfully running global alliances and GTM with partners in the analytics ecosystem.
  • Solid understanding of partner business/ operating models and monetization strategies.
  • Experience in the Data platforms ecosystem. Ability to assess opportunities in adjacent markets.
  • Strong business acumen with the ability to translate how Prophecy can enable partners’ growth.
  • Ability to scale the business with partners. Enterprise SaaS sales experience preferred, especially at start-ups.
  • Ability to develop internal teams, including enablement for direct sales and partners. Strong coaching skills.
  • Sales oriented, strategic thinker with a “roll up your sleeves” attitude.
  • Excellent executive communication and presentation skills, high degree of energy, strong business ethics.
