The Business Development Associate Manager role requires an experienced candidate with the ability to oversee and execute a broad range of projects including building and managing relationships with 3 core constituents – Ad Sales and Marketing, Partnerships with Associations, and independent sales representatives.

Part of this candidate’s responsibilities will include developing strategic plans to create and sell content across all of FORTUNE’s platforms. Skills include, but are not limited to:

  • Clear communication with team for each project.
  • Highly motivated and energized to manage initiatives.
  • Set goals and objectives for each project.
  • Develop sales/marketing materials for each project.
  • Assist with managing the sales process for multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Assist with solving problems quickly and easily during the sales process.
  • Ideate and creatively grow existing business.
  • Strong understanding and working knowledge of social, digital, and video
  • Team focused and ready to help others.
  • Deepen client relationships through strong communication and brand partnership.
