Senior Desktop Engineer

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Desktop Engineer to join our IT team. This role is crucial in maintaining and enhancing our enterprise desktop infrastructure. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in defining and managing laptop images, utilizing Intune and similar tools, and designing and executing monthly desktop security patching across a large enterprise. Experience with macOS management and Jamf is a plus.

Key Responsibilities

• Laptop Image Management:Define, create, and maintain standardized laptop images for various user profiles.Ensure all images are up-to-date with the latest software and security updates.Collaborate with hardware vendors to test and validate new laptop models.
• Intune and Similar Tools Management:Manage and configure Microsoft Intune for device management.Develop and implement policies and profiles for device configuration and compliance.Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Intune and other device management tools.Manage Group Policy Objects and GPO settings
