Operations Manager

Overview

Our client is in the Web3.0 industry targeting SEA market. They are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Operations Manager to join their exapnding team in Hong Kong.

What You Will Do

• Lead and manage the ERP implementation project from planning to execution.
• Coordinate with various departments to ensure seamless integration of the ERP system.
• Monitor and evaluate the performance of the ERP system, making adjustments as needed.
• Oversee daily operations to ensure efficiency and productivity.
• Develop and implement operational policies and procedures.
• Streamline procedures, pinpoint areas for enhancement, and instigate solutions for operational superiority.
• Collaborate with HR, design and implement an effective onboarding process for new employees.
• Provide support for employee relations and performance management.
• Handle ad hoc tasks and projects as assigned.

What You Will Need

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field.
• Proven experience in operations management and ERP implementation; Experience with Odoo is highly preferred.
