Lead Product Designer

We are looking for an exceptional Lead Product Designer that will be able to provide the thought leadership, innovative spirit and expectational craft to re-imagine and redefine an experience which has shaped an entire industry. This is a highly senior IC role within the product design organization, and therefore leadership aptitudes and mindset are expected from this position. You will be leading an entire stream of work in our B2C area and redefining how we think and believe about recruitment. Alongside Heads of Product and Product Directors you will help define and prioritise the right areas of focus for your teams. You will craft some of the best experiences across the entire company.
