We are looking for an individual with training or L&D experience to join our rapidly growing People Team. You will work with the Head of L&D to develop and implement our L&D strategy, creating learning and career development opportunities that support our teams as we continue to expand. You will be part of a business partnering model with leaders across Twinkl, assisting them in creating long-term development plans that drive retention, upskilling and high performance.

Ongoing projects/how you’ll spend your day:

• Take the lead in mapping relevant learning activities and interventions to each part of the employee journey, from onboarding to progression in role to personal development.
• Facilitate dynamic training needs analyses to ascertain and prioritise the short- mid- and long-term learning requirements across the organisation.
