Senior Specialist

▪️ Works with the team to identify and implement solutions and pilots to drive process efficiencies & business goals

▪️ Gather market insights on the best quality deals to target in the space

▪️ Proactively identify potential partners and build collaborative relationships with them

▪️ Serve as the primary point of contact for holistic account relationship

▪️ Spontaneous to collaboration cross-functionally with internal teams as part of a persistent commitment to provide top-notch support to potential clients

▪️ Manage and expand relationships with restaurant’s key partners and identify growth opportunities to collaborate for further business developments

▪️ Balance high-level strategic thinking with hands-on execution

▪️ Monitor progress, perform gap analysis, and subsequently propose strategic adjustments to ensure sustainable growth and performance of the subscription model

Requirements

▪️ 3-5 year of sales experience (preferably in F&B)

▪️ Experience in business development/sales/key account management in a consumer facing online and offline F&B industry will be an advantage

▪️ Establish close relationships with merchants to gain an insightful understanding of their business, identify their unique qualities and challenges to develop GMV growth strategies

▪️ Strong analytical thinking, metrics-driven, and confident with data-driven decision-making/ negotiations

▪️ Proactive in taking initiatives and self-motivated, hungry for success

▪️ Strong business sense with ability to articulate complex analysis and translate these into actionable business insights

▪️ Personable and easy-going to speak with people of all levels

▪️ Self-motivated with the ability to work under pressure

▪️ Strong negotiator with an outgoing and motivated outlook

▪️ Problem-solving and analytical skills to interpret sales performance and market trend information
