In this position, you will join the newly formed Scale Up Team, whose purpouse is to support and expand the growth of Teamtailor and its sales department. A major objective is to hire 100 new sales colleagues by January 2025. You will have the mission to meet sales staffing requirements through identifying, attracting top talent as well as efficiently and effectively streamline all processes around it.

Key Responsibilities:

• Streamlining sales recruitment processes across countries
• Collaborating with sales hiring managers to develop job descriptions and candidate profiles
• Sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates for assigned positions
• Utilising various recruiting channels, including job boards, social media, and professional networks to identify top talent
• Maintaining accurate records of recruiting activities and candidate information
• Negotiating job offers and assist with the on-boarding process for new hires
• Working with employer branding and attract future employees

We are looking for someone with:

• Proven experience as a sales recruiter for high growth companies
• Ability to build and maintain relationships with hiring managers and candidates
• Understand the importance of a good candidate experience
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Previous experience in SaaS is a plus
• Ability to multi-task, prioritise, and meet timelines on deliverables
• Self-starter, sense of urgency, work well under pressure
• Strong attention to detail
• Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems and other recruiting tools
• Passion for identifying and attracting top talent to drive company success
• Based in Stockholm, London or Paris
