INGRAM MICRO MÉXICO - AWS PRE SALES

We have an excellent opportunity for an experienced AWS Pre Sales to join our AWS Services team and play a key role in supporting our continued growth plans.

The aim is to consolidate our position as a leading global services partner with AWS.

Key responsibilities include owning, developing and driving AWS centric opportunities, supporting our commercial teams through sales and successful handover to internal technical delivery teams. Where an opportunity falls outside the technical discipline of a solution specialist, you are responsible for engaging with the appropriate internal or third party resources to ensure a coherent and appropriate solution is proposed.

Other key responsibilities of the role include acting as an interface between the internal sales and technical teams, acting as an evangelist for our portfolio of AWS-centric services and capabilities to our channel partners, vendors, end customers and internal stakeholders, as well as being integral to the identification and development of our solution offerings.

Working closely with the local (in-country) AWS sales and technical team, along with the wider regional Service Centre, the key responsibilities of the position will be to
Build and drive a sustained, responsive, technical and influential relationship with channel partners and suppliers.

- Position as a "trusted advisor" and "thought leader" to channel partners for pre-sales translation and qualification of technical opportunities and continuous evolution of engagement.

- Actively promote pre-sales, solution offerings and consulting capabilities to channel partners.

- Be a visible representative of Ingram Micro at partner engagements and major vendor events, supporting the identification and development of future solution offerings.

- Build and maintain a strong relationship with the wider Ingram Micro team, identify synergies and sales opportunities.

- Support the ongoing development of channel partner and end customer relationships in collaboration with the account management and service delivery teams.

Personal skills development

- Active and contributing member of our regional AWS technical community.

- Build and maintain a strong relationship with internal technical team of channel partners

- Keep abreast of current and future technologies, products and strategies

- Build a strong skills base in your chosen subject matter

- Maintain relevant vendor certifications

- Establish and enhance relationships with peers
Requirements:

- Three or more years experience in an AWS pre-sales or delivery type role

- Able to work independently or as part of a larger team

- Ability to liaise with industry colleagues and clients

- Advanced industry knowledge on the chosen topic

- Flexible approach to work and willingness to go the extra mile to exceed client expectations.

- Apply your knowledge and skills to solve complex problems beyond your area of expertise.

- Ability and willingness to travel

- Fluency in English is a must
