The opportunity:

Bring your passion for driving strategic and operational People & Culture (P&C) initiatives and join us as a Business Partner, where you'll work closely with business units to deliver impactful P&C support, helping them achieve their strategic goals. This role offers a dynamic environment where you can make a significant difference by influencing, advising, and partnering with our leaders.

This is a 12-month fixed term role, covering a period of parental leave.

Key responsibilities include:
