We are looking for a Digital Marketing Specialist to join our growing marketing team to create more engaging content, develop comprehensive email lifecycle marketing campaigns, and manage social media posts to attract new potential customers. The Digital Marketing Specialist will play a crucial role in enhancing our digital presence and driving customer engagement. This hands-on role offers significant growth potential, with opportunities to advance to a Digital Marketing Manager position in the future. The ideal candidate will be responsible for executing and managing digital marketing campaigns across various channels to attract and engage potential customers.

What will I be doing?

• Implement digital marketing campaigns across various channels, including social media, email, search engines, and display advertising.
• Follow the strategy outlined by the Marketing team.
• Create, edit, and publish content for websites, blogs, social media, and email marketing.
• Ensure content is engaging, relevant, and aligned with SEO best practices.
• Design and send email marketing campaigns, including newsletters, promotional emails, and automated email sequences.
• Segment email lists and personalize content to increase engagement and conversions.
• Maintain and manage the CRM system, ensuring all data is accurate and up-to-date.
• Work with sales and marketing teams to integrate Pipedrive with other digital tools and platforms.
• Develop automated workflows and processes within Pipedrive to streamline operations and improve efficiency, such as account planning.
• Create and schedule posts on social media platforms like LinkedIn and others.
• Engage with followers, respond to comments and messages, and monitor social media metrics.
• Perform keyword research to identify target keywords for optimization.
• Optimize website content, meta tags, and other on-page elements to improve search engine rankings.
• Use tools like Google Analytics, social media insights, and other analytics platforms to track and analyze campaign performance.
• Generate reports on key metrics such as website traffic, conversion rates, and engagement.
• Provide insights and recommendations for improving campaign effectiveness.
• Work closely with other team members, including designers, content creators, and developers, to execute marketing campaigns.
• Coordinate with external vendors and agencies as needed.
• Keep up-to-date with the latest trends, tools, and best practices in digital marketing.
• Continuously learn and adapt to new technologies and platforms.
• Ensure website and landing pages are optimized for user experience and conversion.
• Ensure all digital marketing activities comply with relevant laws and regulations, such as GDPR for data protection and privacy.

What skills do I need?

• 2-4 years of experience in digital marketing, campaign execution, or related fields.
• Strong understanding of content creation, email marketing including setting up the infrastructure with Pipedrive or other CRM systems, CRM management, social media management, SEO, analytics, and market research.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to stay updated with industry trends and adapt to new technologies.
