The position requires an experienced Administrator/Coordinator to work within the Talent and Capability (HR) team on various programmes and projects including coordination and administration of Learning & Development, Future Talent programmes, Talent and Succession planning using core HR/Finance systems as well as working with the wider HR team on various projects, including induction and recruitment where required.

Role outline

  • Coordinating L&D activity internally and externally, liaising with learners, managers and providers to ensure time, cost and quality parameters are met.
  • A diverse array of tasks from reconciling training approvals, sourcing and vetting training providers, processing invoices and evaluations to creating reports and analysing data make this a truly dynamic role with no two days the same.
  • Ensuring good governance of Learning & Development, Induction, Future Talent Progammes etc. to comply with the necessary standards and due process, ensuring timely and accurate record-keeping and reports.
